Most websites launch within 14 days of signing up. If you have content ready — photos of your work, a clear list of services, your service area — it goes faster. If we need to build everything from scratch, it may take closer to 21 days. We'll give you a specific timeline on the call.

Do I need to provide anything to get started?

Three things: access to your Google Business Profile (we'll walk you through it if you're not sure how), photos of your work (phone photos are fine — we're not looking for magazine shots), and your service list and service area. That's it. We handle everything else.

Credit and debit cards, processed through Stripe. Your card is charged automatically on your billing date each month. You'll get a receipt every time.

What happens if I need to pause my service?

Talk to us. If you have a slow season, a personal situation, or just need a break, we'd rather work something out than lose you as a client. We can discuss pausing your service for up to 60 days. Pausing stops billing and pauses active work. Your website stays live during the pause. When you're ready to restart, we pick up where we left off.

Do I own my website?

Yes. You own all the content — every page, every blog article, every image you provided. You also get a permanent license to the website code and design. If you leave, you take everything with you.

What happens to my website if I cancel?

It stays live for 30 days after your cancellation date so you have time to move it to another host. During that window, we'll provide your full website files and help with the migration if you need it. After 30 days, we take the site offline unless you've arranged your own hosting.
